USA, PRIVATE HOME IN PALM DESERT
A striking specimen of organic modern architecture designed by NOMOS Red, an architecture studio with extensive international experience.
Set in California’s desert landscape, this building stands in sharp silhouettes like an intersection of well-defined proportions, structured panels and floating planes.
The entry leads to rooms steeped in minimalist style, exalted by the use of materials like steel, concrete, glass and oak wood.
The spaces are skillfully connected to one another and the vast windows maintain an ongoing dialog with the outdoor areas surrounded by a lush garden with a Mediterranean vibe.
A corner arrangement of the Evergreen seating system, designed by Antonio Citterio, lends sleek elegance to the living room decor. Also designed by Citterio, a Wing sofa complements the bedroom ambiance.
