PENTHOUSE IN CASCAIS
Brazilian architect Gabriel Bordin is the author of the interior design for this tri-level penthouse on the Costa da Guia in Cascais.
The double-height vaulted ceiling lends an expansive feel to the living space, creating an atmosphere of calm relaxation that is echoed in the use of natural materials and neutral colors in the decor.
A Perry sofa, designed by Antonio Citterio and upholstered in a soft, ecru color fabric with contrasting piping, was selected to furnish the open-space kitchen, dining and living room.
Complementing the kitchen peninsula are Echoes stools designed by Christophe Pillet.
A comfortable stairway leads to the upper level where the bedrooms and large terrace are located, the latter designed as a multifunctional space for entertaining guests and year-round outdoor living.
The Eddy sofa is among the armchairs and sofas placed around the gas fireplace, while Echoes Outdoor chairs pair perfectly with the dining table.
In a more sheltered area, the Tessa Outdoor armchair is an invitation to relax and read.
