FRANCE, VACATION HOME IN THE BASQUE COUNTRIES

Located between Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Bidart is a delightful beach resort on France’s Basque coast.

Perched on a hilltop with a magnificent view of the ocean and cliffs is an elegant vacation home, designed by ADC Studio, complete with a pool and large garden surrounded by lush natural vegetation.

Although the exterior of the home has a fairly traditional appearance, its interior has been completely redesigned around an open-space concept.

The color palette is based on neutrals while the most widely used materials are wood and stone, tasteful choices that reflect understated elegance and a more casual style, befitting of a holiday home meant to be enjoyed in the company of family and friends.

Selected to furnish the living space are two Gregory sofas with satin-finish metal base and details in tobacco color cowhide, while the upholstery is in an elegant grey fabric.
