“DONGZHIMEN 8 PENTHOUSE” APARTMENTS

An exclusive residential project designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS in Beijing

ACPV ARCHITECTS renovated the top floors of the prestigious Dongzhimen 8 residential building in the Chinese capital in an ambitious design project that created 21 “Dongzhimen 8 Penthouse” units, with three different floorplans.

All of the penthouses feature spacious rooms and large windows with panoramic views of the city. The interior decor expresses a mature, sophisticated taste that is also reflected in the use of exquisite materials.

The living areas are tailored to be the focal point of each penthouse apartment – warm, cozy, yet convivial spaces intended for relaxation as well as spending time with family and friends.

Elegant wood paneling evokes an atmosphere of modern elegance in this living room decorated with an array of Made in Italy furnishings, including the Gregory sofa and Tessa armchairs and benches, all by Antonio Citterio for Flexform.
