Brazil, Residência Brasília
An elegant private home furnished according to the dictates of symmetry and well-balanced proportions.
Located in Brazil’s capitol, this sumptuous private residence occupies a surface area of more than 2000 square meters.
Interior design is by architect Anaine Vieira Pitchon, specialist in interior and landscape architecture. By combining technology, comfort and sophisticated style, the architect aims to create rooms with harmonious dimensions that reveal sophisticated symmetries among the various furnishing accessories. Vast sliding glass windows in the living room and private office and the perfectly attuned furnishings, ensure that the outdoor living spaces seamlessly integrate with the interiors in a confluence of style and decor. Pitchon creates comfortable spaces imbued with understated elegance in a perfectly poised interplay of muted colors and art objects, classic furniture and contemporary pieces. Here, Flexform products play a dominant role in the decor. The spacious living area is furnished with two generously proportioned Bangkok ottomans upholstered in cowhide suede, facing two roomy Cestone armchairs. In the private office is a Happy-Hour armchair clad in black leather.
Focal point of the outdoor living space is the Vulcano sofa, paired with two eponymous armchairs and Fly coffee/side tables with white marble top. Completing the decor are Phuket ottomans and a Cesta Outdoor woven storage bin in soft neutral hues and two Tindari side tables.
